1.  Ongoing Consultation
Absolute will endeavour at all stages to walk clients through an entire transformation process. This will often require input into policy, strategy and organisational mechanisms that relate directly to the success of Employment Equity or Diversity Management initiatives. Absolute has always been willing and happy to offer its input and expertise in these areas for all of our clients. Whether it is your Executive Committee, Employment Equity or Skills Development Committee, staff body or specific groupings within it we are able to offer solutions that work, and ideas that have relevance to the bottom line of your organisation.

Absolute personnel have experience not only in training but in implementing and monitoring Employment Equity and Skills Development plans and we have built a track record as being effective partners in the above endeavours. Every effort is made to ensure that all our staff members are kept abreast of any and all legislation pertaining to Employment Equity and will at any given moment be not only prepared, but able to offer solid advice in this light.

2.  Monitoring and Review
Absolute offers reliable and innovative means of reviewing progress against goals and will also provide your organisation (where necessary) with the skills and tools to monitor said progress. Our tools will capacitate you to measure not only numerical aspects of your transformation, EE or SD initiative but also the non numerical aspects which are so important and so often difficult to keep within the ambit of any monitoring or review process. Absolute monitoring tools and review mechanisms are not sold standalone but as part of an integrated training or consultation package.

3.  Culture Audit Follow Up
All of our culture and climate audits come with the preferred option of a follow up package.  Here we are able to provide detailed and tailored feedback to different sections of staff to ensure that all members gain quality insight into the process they have participated in.  Feedback packages are designed as a process and can be supported by communication packages. All feedback sessions employ multi lingual personnel who have excellent knowledge of the subjects they are presenting to your staff, management or executive.  This takes the results of the audit away from the highly theoretical and presents it in a way that organisations can act on (without the need for a mathematical interpreter!).

6.  NEW! TRANSFORMATION TOURS!
Redesigning the idea of what a "transformation tour" should be about, Absolute have in 2010 designed a tour package that really takes the experiential side of understanding transformation to another level.  So many providers stop short at a tourist friendly lunch in Soweto. Our package is designed to truly lay an understanding of the need for and some of the current challenges facing the transformation agenda. The tour is facilitated by subject experts and powered by an accredited tour provider in terms of the transport provision. Being available in Johannesburg only so far, the tour is inclusive of a wide spectrum of cultural backgrounds, is engaging, active and something truly special that participants and organisations will feel a worthwhile investment. The tour can be tailored to ensure the reinforcement and pairing with ongoing transformation endeavours currently being undertaken by your organisation.
