Heading the team is Theresa Oakley-Smith, former academic and educationist. As well as having sat on numerous Ministerial Commissions of Enquiry (SAPS Racism, Vryburg High School), Terry is also well published, having been a contributing editor to The Star newspaper for many years.

Theresa has extensive experience in the areas of diversity, change management, organisational development and anti-discrimination.  As founder and MD of Absolute, Theresa has conducted pioneering work in these areas and is known for her work in many major organisations. Some of these include: Dimension Data, Denel, Transnet and the South African Reserve Bank.

Heather Louw has been working in the field of transformation and diversity since 1995.  She is a very experienced trainer with qualifications as an assessor, moderator and programme developer.

Vanessa has extensive experience in designing diversity solutions, developing interventions and managing the implementation of organisational culture skills.
