"After postponing my attendance to partake in the Diversity Training on at least 2 occasions I eventually decided that I would put off the days working routines, meetings and teleconferences with a major global aviation partner to attend. In hindsight, perhaps this was a good thing since the group I was with really made it a valuable experience. The morning started off tentatively with each of the participants being uncertain of how the day was going to go. This all changed within a few hours. The concept of diversification I was always accustomed with.
