In August 2009 SAfM listeners would have had the chance to listen to Theresa as she sat alongside Jimmy Manyi (recently appointed DG of Labour) to discuss issues that pertained to the most recent Employment Equity Report. The show, hosted by Tim Modise, served to highlight many of the challenges stil facing the South African economy when it comes to the true attainment of the values and realities hinted at by the act. The show was informative and one that we will be contacting SAfM for, to see if we can't put it up here in podcast form for download.
Absolute continues to lead the field in terms of transformation consulting in South Africa and would also like to announce the birth of a new, one day intervention titled "Building on Diversity". Participants so far have given us positive feedback and you will be able to read more about it in the programmes section of this website.
